Energy Solutions Division joins Horizon Solutions

We are very pleased to announce that on August 9, Horizon Solutions acquired the Energy Solutions division of Teknikor. Horizon Solutions specializes in electrical and industrial distribution and value-added services, serving customers with 10 locations throughout the Northeast. This transaction is solely for Teknikor’s Energy Solutions division and does not include any other Teknikor division.

Now, as a part of a larger corporation, as well as becoming a strategic partner, Teknikor Energy will be able to utilize Horizon’s relationships, strengths and resources which in turn will benefit other Teknikor clients when they are seeking energy solutions.
